Duties will involve the following: Looking after a range of cases, working alongside other teams to ensure cases are completed successfully. Communicating facts on all building solutions relating to claims. Ensuring you have full facts on each case prior to communication with clients. Examining documentation to ensure we are in full possession of the facts Liaising with our Surveyor or Civil Engineer who has attended site or analysed the documentation and images provided.
