What the job becomes Once you''re trained, as a Claims Handler you''ll: Take first notification of loss calls from policyholders Assess policy cover and validate claims (full training provided) Gather the documents and details needed to progress each claim Liaise with contractors and suppliers Manage your own caseload from first notification to settlement Keep customers updated and resolve queries as they come up This isn''t a scripted contact centre seat. You take ownership of claims and build real technical knowledge over time.
