The role involves handling a very wide variety of Liability claims (including Professional Indemnity, Employment Liability, Public Liability) for a wide variety of clients, who they have a close and long standing relationships with. You''ll be an experienced Claims Handler and a strong negotiator who is comfortable working closely with Solicitors and discussing settlements. Also in a hands-on Technical role involving policy interpretation, liability assessment, and negotiation.
