The team offers a collaborative working environment, high-quality training, and genuine opportunities for long-term career development.The OpportunityYou''ll take ownership of a caseload of defendant Employer''s Liability and Public Liability claims, managing matters from initial instruction through to settlement. Working closely with colleagues and clients, you''ll ensure claims are progressed efficiently, balancing excellent client service with commercial outcomes. Key responsibilities will include:Managing a varied caseload of defendant EL and PL claims through the MOJ Claims Portal.Investigating liability and quantum by reviewing evidence, medical reports and supporting documentation.Maintaining regular contact with insurer clients, claimant representatives, experts and other key stakeholders.Negotiating settlements and identifying opportunities to achieve commercially favourable outcomes.Pursuing recovery actions where appropriate.Maintaining accurate ..... full job details .....
