Claims Handler
Location: Warrington | Salary: -26,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm. No weekends! 1 day per week WFH following successful probation

What You''ll Be Doing
As a key player in our claims team, you''ll:
- Assess and process mechanical breakdown claims with accuracy.
- Deliver top-tier service to customers, dealer partners, and repairers.
- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers and repairers throughout the claims process.
- Ensure all claim files are complete, consistent, and compliant.
- Support your teammates and promote a positive, can-do attitude across the department.

- Knowledgeable about motor vehicles - whether this is gained in a previous role or personal hobby! (essential)
- Excellent communication with customer over the phone
- Comfortable using MS Office and general PC systems
