Job Title: Claims Handler Location: Bradford City Centre Salary: £28k-£35 DOE + excellent benefits Type: Permanent, full-time Working hours: 9am-5.30pm 1 hour unpaid lunch break A well established and highly regarded organisation is looking to recruit an experienced Claims Handler to join its growing team in Bradford. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong claims background who enjoys managing cases from initial notification through to resolution. The successful candidate will join a supportive, professional team with genuine opportunities for development and progression. The Role - You will be responsible for handling a caseload of personal injury claims, working closely with insurers, clients, experts and third parties to achieve positive outcomes. Key responsibilities include - Managing personal injury claims from instruction through to settlement Handling liability Communicating with claimants, solicitors, experts, insurers and statutory bodies Maintaining accurate claims, reserve and risk information Working within agreed client and procedural guidelines Providing a high standard of customer service throughout the claims process Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements What We re Looking For - Claims experience within any of the following - Motor claims, Road traffic accident claims, Serious injury claims, Insurance claims handling, EL/PL claims Experience using claims management systems/portals Strong communication and ..... full job details .....
