As a handler within our market leading Claims division, you will handle insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss. These will be related to vehicle damage and road traffic accidents. Through meticulously checking facts and asking questions you will be able to drive your claims forward and make accurate liability decisions. You will talk and listen calmly to our customers, and in some circumstances brokers and claimant solicitors, knowing just the right questions to ask to obtain relevant information to assist you in processing the claim.
