This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and collaborative team where you will play a key role in supporting new business and customer retention targets by delivering exceptional service across the claims process.Key Responsibilities:Assess and authorise claims via telephone, email, and postProvide ongoing support for existing claimsIssue written confirmations of claim decisionsEnsure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements, including support for vulnerable customersMaintain adherence to data protection, conduct risk, consumer duty, and anti-fraud/money laundering protocolsCommunicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with clientsAttend regular one-to-one meetings and appraisals; track personal progress and training needsRecommend process improvements to boost efficiency and enhance customer experienceWork closely with team members to meet shared goals and deliver high-quality outcomesOffer training support and knowledge-sharing within the teamMaintain a broad understanding of related departmental procedures to enable cross-functional supportKnowledge, Skills and Experience:Knowledge:Minimum 2 years of customer service experience (claims or insurance background ..... full job details .....
