involves managing repair works with our contractor network following insurance claim approvals.Key responsibilities include:Appointing contractorsOverseeing repair processesValidating estimates and final accountsEnsuring SLA complianceEscalating issues as neededYou will also communicate with stakeholders, conduct quality calls with policyholders, and suggest process improvements.
