Role Description
Allianz UK are looking for talented, experienced Claims Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts In line to join our
Transformation Programme
on either permanent or a 2 year Fixed Term Contract, helping to shape and implement the target operating model for our Commercial business.
In the role you will enable organisational change by using specialised business analysis, change management skills and a disciplined business analysis approach. You will be supporting the Transformation Programme to articulate the need for change, by defining requirements and recommending solutions that will maximise the value delivered by the business to its customers.
You will work closely with key stakeholders across the business and IT to contribute to the delivery of a varied portfolio of work, whilst building effective relationships across all levels.
Salary Information
Business Analyst - Circa £46,000
Senior Business Analyst - Circa £60,00o.
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
Key Accountabilities
Support the scoping of change initiatives required for the Transformation Programme, working within the Business Analysis FrameworkWork with stakeholders at all levels within the organization to elicit, define and manage business requirements, ensuring clear end to end traceability.Ensure requirements are fully understood and approved by stakeholders, supporting Change Control and prioritisation.Experience and knowledge of Guidewire Claim Centre and / or other mainstream Claims platformsSupport the development, systems testing, user acceptance testing and implementation of solutions by working closely with solution partners, suppliers, and business stakeholders.Learn from experiences and understand how benefits have been delivered by participating in retrospectives, lessons learned and knowledge share sessionsEssential Skills
You''ll be passionate about the BA role and will have worked on several change projects, utilising Agile and Waterfall methodologiesExperience as a Business Analyst in the General Insurance Claims domainAble to elicit comprehensive requirements and achieve consensus from stakeholders using a variety of analysis techniquesSolid experience in Agile and creating Epics and User Stories using Confluence and JiraGood understanding of Use Cases, Value Streams and PersonasCan apply recognised industry standard modelling techniques including data modelling and BPMNGreat stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levelsAn agile mindset, with a flexible and adaptable approach to delivering against business prioritiesA Level education or equivalentSenior Business Analysts able to work autonomously with minimal day to day direction and to support more junior members of the team in their workDesirable Skills
