Reporting to the Group Claims and Invoice Manager (HGV), you will play a key role in ensuring warranty, repair and maintenance claims, and customer invoices are processed accurately and within required timescales. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong customer service skills, and enjoys working both independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities As a Claims and Invoice Processor, you will: Process Warranty and Repair and Maintenance (RandM) claims through manufacturer systems, ensuring all information is accurate and submitted within manufacturer deadlines. Complete retail invoicing for customer accounts, following agreed customer processes including obtaining purchase order numbers and online authorisations where required. Process claims and invoices for multiple branches within targeted timescales. Investigate and resolve invoice queries efficiently, providing timely updates to internal stakeholders.
