It''s about more than numbers on a screen; it''s about giving customers confidence and peace of mind when they need it most.What You''ll Be DoingAssess and process claims across a range of products, keeping accurate and detailed records.Make fair, balanced decisions and ensure payments are in line with procedures and regulations.Communicate clearly with claimants, supporting them throughout their journey.Work with medical professionals and partners to gather the right advice when needed.Take ownership of queries and complaints, resolving them quickly and effectively.Share ideas, spot improvements, and contribute to best practice across the teamEnsure compliance with FCA rules, the Data Protection Act, and other regulations.Help manage team workflows and support service ..... full job details .....
