Cladding Supervisor

Astute''s Power team are looking to recruit a Cladding Supervisor on an Energy from Waste Project in London on a 24-month minimum contract.

Key skills

• Know the daily and weekly programme activities for the cladding package.
• Drive subcontractor productivity to meet or improve planned dates.
• Confirm labour, materials, access equipment (MEWPs, scaffold, lifting) and permits each morning before work starts, and that MEWP operators hold a valid IPAF PAL card for the machine category.
• Check RAMS and equipment limits before work at height or the lifting of cladding materials starts and stop work where those limits are exceeded.
• Attend the morning coordination meeting; confirm prior day''s progress and identify blockers before they affect programme.
• Candidates must hold an in-date SSSTS & CSCS Gold card
• Candidates must have experience in supervising cladding subcontractors on building envelope installation on a large construction project
• Must have experience supervising working at heights and lifting of cladding materials
• Must also ideally hold experience on an Energy from Waste or large industrial building envelope projects.
