You ll act as the key point of contact for residents, the client, and the supply chain, ensuring works are completed to programme and with minimal disruption.Key responsibilities include:Managing day-to-day site operations on a live buildingCoordinating subcontractors and suppliers to meet programme and quality targetsOverseeing health and safety, RAMS, and permit systemsMaintaining excellent resident relations ensuring clear communication, safety, and respect for occupied environmentsProducing accurate site reports, inspections, and progress updatesEnsuring compliance and valid certification across all site personnelWhat We re Looking ForProven experience managing cladding or façade remediation ..... full job details .....
