Specializing in maintenance, refurbishment, new-build construction, roofing, and building envelope solutions, the business provides comprehensive services to public and private sector clients, from consultation and design through to installation and maintenance.Roles/ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed cost estimates for cladding, fa ade, roofing, rainscreen, insulated panel, and associated building envelope works.Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, schedules, and employer''s requirements to establish project scope.Carry out accurate quantity take-offs and measurements using drawings, specifications, and digital models where applicable.Obtain, review, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.Prepare tender submissions, pricing schedules, cost breakdowns, clarifications, and value engineering proposals.Liaise with clients, main contractors, architects, consultants, suppliers, and internal project teams.Identify commercial risks, exclusions, assumptions, and cost-saving opportunities within tender packages.Support handover meetings for successful tenders and provide clear cost information to project delivery teams.Maintain estimating records, supplier rates, pricing databases, and historical project cost information.Keep up to date with cladding systems, materials, compliance ..... full job details .....
