Are you an Operative from a civils, water, utilities or pipeline background and looking for a role where your salary and responsibilities can develop as you gain experience?

On offer is the opportunity to join an established contractor with over 25 years of experience delivering major water and civil engineering projects. The business offers ongoing training, overtime, door-to-door pay, annual bonuses and opportunities to progress into more senior positions.

This role will vary depending on your level of experience, with opportunities to work across water infrastructure, civils and site-based works. You will work as part of an team on a range of water and civil engineering projects, carrying out hands-on work including deep excavation, pipework installation and associated civils. As your experience develops, you will have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress into senior and supervisory positions.

This role would suit candidates from a range of backgrounds, from experienced operatives looking to develop their careers through to experienced Gangers and Supervisors looking for increased responsibility and earning potential.

The Role

• Working on water, utilities and civil engineering projects
• Carrying out site-based civils and infrastructure works
• Working with plant, materials and site teams to deliver projects safely
• Opportunities for overtime and progression into more senior positions

The Person

• Experience in civils, water, utilities, pipelines or a related field
• Candidates considered at different levels of experience
• Relevant site qualifications such as CSCS, SSSTS, CPCS or NPORS depending on level
