Civils Technician

Civil TechnicianHertford outskirts 45k- 55k DOE plus benefits Our client is seeking a Civil Technician to Senior level to support the delivery of high-quality civil engineering projects across infrastructure and development schemes.Working closely with engineers, the role involves producing accurate CAD and BIM drawings and models for highways, drainage, earthworks, utilities and flood risk projects. You will contribute from concept through to delivery, ensuring all outputs meet UK standards, codes and client requirements. Responsibilities:Produce and coordinate CAD and BIM drawings, models and schedulesSupport civil engineering design across infrastructure and flood management projectsMaintain accurate project documentation and CAD standardsAssist with design coordination and technical problem-solvingEnsure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulationsLiaise effectively with engineers, consultants and clientsMeet project deadlines with a strong focus on quality and accuracy About you:Proficiency in CAD and BIM softwareStrong understanding of civil engineering principlesKnowledge of UK standards, HandS and environmental regulationsGood technical, organisational and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams This is an excellent opportunity to develop or progress a technical career within a supportive and forward-thinking consultancy environment.
