This position offers strong project continuity, excellent daily rates, and a direct leadership role on major industrial developments, heavy groundworks, deep drainage, and highway infrastructure schemes in the Tees Valley.If you possess a valid SSSTS or SMSTS certificate, have a strong background in managing ground crews and sub-contractors, and excel at keeping site operations running safely, on time, and to spec, we want to hear from you.Your Role and ResponsibilitiesReporting directly to the Site Manager / Project Manager, you will lead daily site activities, manage workforce safety, and ensure seamless delivery of civil engineering works:Site Supervision and Workforce Leadership: Coordinating direct labour, ground gangs, plant operators, and specialist sub-contractors on site daily.Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance: Conducting daily site inductions, delivering Toolbox Talks (TBTs), reviewing RAMS (Risk Assessments and Method Statements), and enforcing ..... full job details .....
