The purpose of this role is too oversea and co-ordinate reactive civil works. Job Responsibilities: Over-see day-to-day operations on reactive civil site, ensuring that work progresses according to plan Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and regulations Co-ordinate the activities of workers, sub-contractors and equipment operators Inspect work for compliance with design specifications and industry standards Ensure that all completed work meets quality standards before sign-off Enforce health and safety regulations on-site, ensuring that all workers adhere to safety procedures Conduct regular safety inspections and audits Serve as the main point of contact between the site workforce and civils manager Address and resolve any conflicts or issues within the team Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: Strong understanding of civils and drainag...
