Job Title: Site Civils SupervisorLocation: SurreySalary: Competitive (DOE) + vehicle, fuel card and benefitsJob Type: Full-time, PermanentAbout the RoleAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Civils Supervisor to join a well-established and growing organisation delivering infrastructure and surfacing projects. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on supervisory role requiring strong leadership and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise day-to-day site activities across civils and asphalt worksCoordinate labour, plant, and materials in line with project programmesEnsure all works comply with health and safety regulations and internal proceduresConduct regular site inspections and quality control checksLiaise with project managers, subcontractors, and external stakeholdersMaintain accurate site records, progress reports, and documentationIdentify and resolve on-site issues in a timely and effective mannerSupport planning, scheduling, and delivery across multiple projectsRequirementsProven experience in a supervisory role within civils and/or asphalt projectsStrong knowledge of roadworks, surfacing, drainage, and general groundworksValid SMSTS or SSSTS certificationCSCS card (essential)Full UK driving licenceStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple ..... full job details .....
