Civils Supervisor (CSA) - Data Centre Construction (Permanent) Location: Blyth, Northumberland (on-site) Salary: (DOE) + package Type: Permanent A leading data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join a live project team in Blyth. This is a site-based position supervising day-to-day civil works, with a strong requirement for CSA data centre experience on top of core civils/groundworks.ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily civil/groundworks activities on siteManage and coordinate subcontractors; track progress and report daily/weekly updatesEnsure works comply with drawings, specifications, RAMS and project requirementsSupport site QA/QC processes, inspections, ITPs and snag close-outAssist with programme coordination and short-term planningMaintain subcontractor documentation and site recordsAttend site meetings, toolbox talks and safety briefingsEscalate technical, quality or safety concerns to the Construction/Package teamRequirements (Essential)Proven experience in a Civil Supervisor / Section Supervisor role (typically 3-5+ years)Strong civils background: groundworks, drainage, external works, slabs, ducting (as applicable)Data centre CSA experience (essential): clear exposure to CSA scope and interfaces on mission-critical buildsAbility to read and work from construction drawings; good setting-out awarenessStrong HandS focus and subcontractor control capabilityRelevant qualification in Civil Engineering / Construction (degree or ..... full job details .....
