Civils Supervisor
As a Civils Supervisor at Solutions30, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of our Civils and Reinstatement activities on various Power and Energy contracts with a strong focus on Commercial EV Charge Installation mainly across South East of England (Kent, Essex, Sussex).

You will ensure that all activities are carried out in compliance with NRSWA (New Roads & Streetworks Act), Health & Safety, and Quality requirements. Your attention to detail, leadership skills and commitment to excellence will help us maintain our reputation for delivering exceptional service.

Civils Supervisor Responsibilities;

• Effective site operation and coordination of works, adhering to NRSWA and SHEQ
• Site Audits
• Ensuring high productivity is maintained
• Completing daily and weekly reporting
• Completion of customer documentation in accordance to their requirements
• Collaborating with Highway departments and Local Authorities (LA) and other utility companies
• Ensuring site specific documentation is in place (RAMS, etc)

Background from Civils Supervisor;

• Previous experience in Utilities and DNO operations, ideally working on EV charge installation rollout
• NRSWA Supervisor certified
• Full UK Driving License
• DNO / IDNO / Power understanding
• In-depth understanding of new road and street works act 1991 (NRSWA).
