Civils Site Supervisor

Teamforce Labour are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor for a long-term project based in Fleetwood. This is a great opportunity for a proactive and reliable individual to join a well-established contractor and oversee day-to-day site operations.Key Responsibilities:Supervising and coordinating all on-site civil engineering activitiesManaging site teams, subcontractors, and plant to ensure works are delivered safely and efficientlyEnsuring all work is carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and deadlinesMaintaining high standards of health and safety and ensuring compliance at all timesConducting site briefings, toolbox talks, and inductionsMonitoring progress and reporting to project managementManaging materials, plant, and labour resources effectivelyIdentifying and resolving any issues or delays on siteRequirements:Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor on similar projectsSSSTS or SMSTS qualificationStrong knowledge of civil engineering and groundworksExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret drawings and specificationsFull PPEFirst Aid (preferred)Equal Opportunities Statement:We are an equal opportunity employer.
