This is a long-term opportunity for a Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, groundworks and/or energy infrastructure, ideally with previous substation or high-voltage project experience. The Role: Managing day-to-day site operations across a major 400kV substation project Supervising subcontractors and site teams Managing civils, groundworks, concrete and associated infrastructure works Ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to specification Coordinating with the wider project team and electrical/HV contractors Reviewing RAMS, permits and site documentation Monitoring progress, quality and health and safety Reporting into the Project/Construction Manager Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager within civils, groundworks or infrastructure Experience working on substations, energy infrastructure or major civils projects is highly desirable Strong understanding of site...
