If you are looking to work for a growing business who truly value and care for their employees, then look no further!Aureos are seeking a Civils Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all on-site civil engineering and construction activities, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.The role involves managing subcontractors, labour, suppliers, plant, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and client requirements.Location: Scotland, Highlands and IslandsKey ResponsibilitiesSite ManagementSupervise daily site operations and construction activities.Ensure work is carried out in accordance with drawings, specifications, and programme requirements.Coordinate site labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials.Monitor progress against programme and report delays or issues.Conduct site inspections and quality checks.Health, Safety and EnvironmentalPromote and enforce a strong health and safety culture.Ensure compliance with company HSE policies and relevant legislation.Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.Complete risk assessments and method statement reviews (RAMS).Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses.Quality AssuranceEnsure works meet contractual specifications and quality standards.Maintain site records, inspections, and quality documentation.Manage snagging activities and corrective actions.Liaise with clients, consultants, and inspectors as ..... full job details .....
