Civils Site Engineer - ExeterYour new companyYou will be joining a well-established and highly regarded civil engineering contractor delivering infrastructure works across the UK. With a strong pipeline of energy and infrastructure projects, they are currently supporting the delivery of a battery storage facility in Exeter.Your new roleAs a Civils Site Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of civil works on a battery storage scheme. This will include drainage installation and reinforced concrete structures.You will be responsible for ensuring works are delivered safely, accurately and in line with design specifications and programme requirements.Key responsibilities include:Setting out for drainage and reinforced concrete structuresCarrying out QA checks, ITPs and maintaining site recordsEnsuring works are delivered in accordance with design drawings and specificationsSupporting site management with technical input and problem-solvingMonitoring subcontractor works and ensuring compliance with programme and standardsMaintaining high standards of health, safety and environmental complianceProducing as-built records and site documentationWhat you''ll need to succeedProven experience as a Site Engineer within heavy civils or infrastructure projectsStrong experience in setting out, particularly drainage and RC structuresSolid understanding of QA processes, ITPs, and site documentationCompetence with surveying equipment (e.g. Leica, GPS, total ..... full job details .....
