Site Agent / Site Manager - Water Infrastructure Location: Royal Tunbridge Wells Contract Type: Long-Term Contract Payment: Umbrella CIS , Pay dependend on expereince. Are you a expereince Site Agent/ Engineer ?We are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager to support the delivery of a water infrastructure project in Royal Tunbridge Wells area.The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, coordinating delivery teams and working closely with the design and project teams to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.Key responsibilities will include: Managing the day-to-day delivery of site activitiesManaging Supervisors, site teams and subcontractorsLiaising closely with the Design Team to resolve technical and construction queriesRaising and managing Technical Queries, TQsManaging Inspection and Test Plans, ITPs, and ensuring quality documentation is completed correctlyReviewing drawings, specifications and construction informationCoordinating labour, plant, materials and site resourcesMonitoring progress against programme and identifying potential delaysReviewing and implementing RAMS and safe systems of workMaintaining accurate site records and project documentationSupporting short-term planning and programme managementEnsuring works are delivered in line with Health, Safety, Environmental and quality requirements Essential Requirements Previous Site Agent, Site Manager ..... full job details .....
