Civils Site Agent

Elvet Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Site Agent / Site Manager on behalf of a civil engineering contractor to oversee projects across South and West Yorkshire This sizeable contractor have been established several decades and operate across a variety of frameworks with a specialism in heavy civil engineering and utilities. They have consistent work secured from the ongoing Yorkshire Water AMP8 framework until 2030. Projects: storm tanks, combined sewer overflows and water treatment upgrades. Scope of works on these includes: shaft sinking, manhole construction, deep drainage, re-enforced concrete, pumping stations and pipework / concrete packages. Due to the framework agreement, all work is within the Yorkshire Water regional area. A number of projects secured across Barnsley, Sheffield, Doncaster, Wakefield, Leeds and surrounding areas. Responsibilities as Agent / Manager: Manage project at setup and site stages Updating site documentation Involvement with contract changes: EW''s and CE''s Coordinate with stakeholders and client team on site Ensure site HandS is established and followed Liaison with Yorkshire Water as clients Temporary Works coordination and supervision Management of direct labour Produce progress reports HSE documentation and site audits with client Keeping site folders up to date Experience required: Must have proven experience at Site Manager / Site Agent level leading heavy civils / water infrastructure projects (values 5m+) Must have ..... full job details .....
