Civils Reporting LeadLocation: London - Hybrid (2-3 days per week in the office)Occasional Travel: Ipswich, SuffolkSalary: 80,000 - 95,000 per annum, depending on experience + benefitsEmployment Type: Permanent The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Civils Reporting Lead to join a major UK infrastructure programme, taking a senior leadership role within the programme reporting and project controls function.This is a key position responsible for leading and developing a reporting team, overseeing the delivery of high-quality programme reporting and turning complex project data into clear, meaningful insights for senior leadership and key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have around 10 years'' experience in reporting, project controls or a closely related discipline, with significant experience working in a leadership role on major infrastructure or capital projects valued at 1 billion or more. You will be comfortable operating in complex, high-pressure programme environments, managing teams and multiple stakeholders while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, quality and continuous improvement.
