This is a hands-on quality role within a fast-paced, self-delivery environment. The Role You''ll provide independent inspection and assurance of civil engineering and reinforced concrete works, including: Inspection of reinforcement, formwork and concrete works prior to pours Monitoring construction against drawings, specifications and Works Information Completing and signing off ITPs, ITRs and inspection records Witnessing hold points and coordinating inspections Identifying defects, snags and non-conforming works Monitoring corrective actions through to close-out Checking embedded items, cast-ins and dimensional requirements Maintaining accurate photographic and quality records Liaising with Engineers, Supervisors, Quality and Construction teams Supporting final inspections and handover documentation You''ll Need Strong civil engineering / highways / reinforced concrete construction experience Previous Quality Inspector, Highways Clerk of Works, Engineer or Supervisor experience Excellent understanding of construction drawings and specificati...
