Civils Project ManagerSalary: 50,000 - 55,000 depending on experience Benefits: 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays + birthday off, profit share scheme, salary sacrifice pension, death in service, cycle to work scheme and company eventsOur client is a well-established construction business delivering civil engineering and construction projects across a range of sectors.Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Civils Project Manager to take responsibility for the successful delivery of projects, overseeing site operations, managing teams and subcontractors, and ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and within budget.Civils Project Manager - Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate day-to-day site activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with contractual requirements.Lead and manage site teams, labour and subcontractors to achieve programme, cost and quality objectives.Work closely with the Civils Construction Manager and wider project team to ensure successful project delivery.Take responsibility for health and safety compliance across site, ensuring company procedures and relevant legislation are followed.Act as a key point of contact for clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.Monitor progress against the project programme and identify potential delays, disruption and resource requirements.Coordinate labour, plant and material requirements to meet project and programme requirements.Liaise with ..... full job details .....
