Civils Project Manager

Logical Personnel Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Project Manager to join a well-established Tier 2 contractor on a commercial project in Morecambe. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of a substantial external works package, including: • Drainage • Edgings and kerbing • Pathways and pedestrian areas • Loading areas • External hardstanding • Public and communal areas • Associated groundworks and civils • General finishing works You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the works, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and working closely with the client throughout the project. This is a key client-facing position and requires somebody who can take ownership of the project, lead effectively on site and maintain a strong focus on quality, programme and successful delivery. The successful candidate must have: • Strong Project Management experience within civil engineering • Proven experience delivering external works packages on commercial projects • Excellent knowledge of drainage, groundworks and associated civils • CSCS Black Card or equivalent • First Aid at Work • Strong client liaison and stakeholder management skills • Proven leadership and subcontractor management experience • Excellent attention to detail and quality standards • Ability to drive programme and maintain progress on site • Two recent and relevant references ..... full job details .....
