The successful candidate will take responsibility for the delivery of a substantial external works package, including: • Drainage   • Edgings and kerbing   • Pathways and pedestrian areas   • Loading areas   • External hardstanding   • Public and communal areas   • Associated groundworks and civils   • General finishing works   You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of the works, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and working closely with the client throughout the project. This is a key client-facing position and requires somebody who can take ownership of the project, lead effectively on site and maintain a strong focus on quality, programme and successful delivery.
