Duties Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of civil, groundworks, enabling and temporary works on a large Data Centre Build in North West London Develop comprehensive project schedules. Coordinate with design teams utilizing Civil 3D software for detailed civil design and drafting tasks. Monitor construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality specifications, and environmental regulations. Conduct regular site inspections, progress meetings, and reporting to stakeholders to track project milestones and resolve issues promptly. Oversee resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and materials, ensuring efficient utilization throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience as a Civil Project Manager or similar role within large-scale civil engineering projects, especially Data Centre builds.
