Civils Project Engineer

Job Title: Civils Project EngineerJob Type: Contract Location: Seascale, Hybrid Job Description Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to cultivate good relationships Understanding of design and visualisation software such as AutoCAD beneficial but not essential. Experience of using a total station for setting out purposes. Understanding of project quality and health and safety requirements, including experience of writing risk assessments and method statements. Good analytical and judgement skills and the ability to develop budgets and track expenditures, including sub-contracting hours. Be able to use initiative and have the ability to set and meet deadlines Ability to read and understand schedules and pricing documents and implement them successfully. Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to build morale among the teams and promote continuous improvement Understanding of customer expectations and deliverables and the desire to produce good quality products Experience of working in the nuclear industry beneficial.Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of HNC level in civil engineering essential.
