Interaction Engineering Ground Workers Location: Millerhill, Edinburgh (EH22)Pay Rate: £21 £22 per hour CISJob Type: ContractHours: Full-time, Monday to FridayAbout the RoleWe are currently looking for experienced Groundworkers to join our client s team on a project in Millerhill, Edinburgh. The successful candidates will have a proven background in groundworks, with hands-on experience in drainage and kerbing.Key Responsibilities Installing drainage systems, including pipework, manholes and chambersLaying kerbs and edgings accurately and to the required levelsExcavating and preparing ground, trenches and sub-basesBackfilling, compacting and reinstating as requiredWorking from drawings, specifications and instructions from supervisorsEnsuring all work meets quality standards and project deadlinesMaintaining a clean, safe and organised work areaComplying with all health and safety procedures, including RAMSWorking independently and as part of a team Requirements Proven experience as a GroundworkerExperience in drainage and kerbing installationExperience working on construction or civils sitesAbility to read and interpret drawings and setting-out informationGood understanding of site health and safetyOwn hand toolsValid CSCS card (Groundworker or relevant card)Reliable, punctual and committed to quality workmanshipPlant tickets (e.g. 360 excavator, dumper) desirable but not essential Benefits Competitive hourly rate, depending on experienceRegular, long-term work ..... full job details .....
