      <description>Location: Norwich | Salary: &amp;pound;40000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | Civil / Structural Engineer    Our client, a leading organisation in the power utilities sector, is currently seeking a Civil / Structural Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role involves working extensively with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and solar projects, contributing significantly to the development of the energy infrastructure.   Key Responsibilities:    Designing and developing civil and structural frameworks for BESS and solar systems  Conducting detailed analysis and calculations to ensure structural integrity and safety  Collaborating with electrical engineers to integrate civil designs with 33Kv and 132kv electrical systems  Managing project timelines and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations  Performing site inspections and providing technical guidance during construction phases  Preparing technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders  Providing solutions to engineering challenges in the power utilities sector  Maintaining effective communication with project teams, clients, and external contractors    Job Requirements:    Experience in civil and structural engineering within the power utilities...</description>
