Essential Skillset:

• 5+ years'' experience within the Electrical Industrial Engineering industry
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of HV electrical systems
• Support delivery of high voltage electrical projects across client sites
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Lead and motivate on-site teams including HV technicians, electricians, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and industry best practices
• Monitor project progress, risks, delays, and budget constraints
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and respond effectively in emergency situations
• Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
