Civil Site Supervisor

A specialist contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Civil Site Supervisor to work on a major brownfield industrial redevelopment project in Port Talbot. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a long-term project with a two-year programme, overseeing earthworks and associated environmental works as part of a significant redevelopment scheme. The Role As Civil Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and supervision of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and in accordance with the project programme. Key duties will include: Managing and supervising the site team Coordinating subcontractors and site activities Managing site health and safety Coordinating all earthworks and associated environmental works Managing site administration and daily records Liaising with the project management team and subcontractors Monitoring progress and ensuring works are delivered to programme Ensuring works are completed to the required quality and specification Identifying and resolving any issues arising on site The Candidate The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a civil engineering or earthworks environment, with a proven track record of supervising site teams and subcontractors.
