Site Manager - Wastewater / Capital ProjectsLocation: North West / LancashireSalary: 45,000- 50,000 DOEHours: 47.5 hours per week, Monday-FridayAbout the RoleAn established engineering and infrastructure business is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of wastewater and civil engineering projects.Reporting to the Project Manager, you will manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage site activities, subcontractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.Coordinate civil, mechanical, electrical and commissioning works.Oversee project programmes, quality documentation and client KPIs.Prepare and approve RAMS, construction phase plans and site documentation.Conduct health, safety and environmental inspections.Manage site performance, environmental compliance and project reporting.Maintain project records using CEMAR and ProjectWise.Experience and QualificationsProven Site Management experience within wastewater and civil engineering.Experience with confined spaces, detention tanks and shaft construction.Strong knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.SMSTS (SSSTS minimum).Confined Space, Street Works, First Aid and Water Hygiene training.Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator experience advantageous.Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills.Salary and Benefits 45,000- 50,000 per annum.Company vehicle.24 days annual leave ..... full job details .....
