The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, including managing a team of 40-50 operatives, completing site paperwork, and ensuring CDM compliance as Principal Contractor (PC) . The role will also involve overseeing crane lifts and the movement of materials onto site, as well as ensuring the site is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness, organisation and safety.
