      <description>Location: Manchester | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client, an established integrated design and build provider in the water sector, is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to support the safe, efficient and high-quality delivery of major water and wastewater infrastructure projects.   Key Responsibilities:    Setting out and surveying civil engineering works in accordance with project specifications  Supervising subcontractors and site operatives to support safe and efficient delivery  Completing quality inspections, inspection and test plans, and associated records  Producing and maintaining accurate site documentation, progress reports and site records  Supporting programme delivery, short-term planning and the coordination of daily site activities  Ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental and quality requirements  Identifying and resolving technical issues on site, escalating matters where appropriate  Working collaboratively with construction, commercial, quality, design and client teams    Job Requirements:    Degree, HNC or HND in Civil Engineering or a related discipline  Experience in site-based civil engineering or infrastructure projects  Understanding of setting out and surveying techniques  Knowledge of healt...</description>
