Civil Surveyor / Setting Out Engineer Fleetwood Area Up to 50.00 per hour Outside IR35 12-Month Contract We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Surveyor/Civil Site Engineer who is also capable of undertaking Setting Out Engineer duties on a major construction project in the Fleetwood area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a project at the pre-construction stage, offering a long-term contract with the potential for further extensions. The role has been assessed as Outside IR35, making it suitable for self-employed contractors. CIS payment arrangements can also be accommodated. Key Details 12-month contract with potential extensions Immediate start available Up to 50.00 per hour (Outside IR35) CIS payment options available 10-hour days, Monday to Friday Site-based role Local candidates preferred as travel and accommodation expenses are not available The Role Working closely with both the design and site teams, you will initially support the project through its pre-construction phase before undertaking a dual role involving both civil surveying and setting out activities. This position requires a hands-on individual who is comfortable operating across both disciplines and can effectively coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure works are delivered accurately and efficiently.
