Oversee the civil project team, allocating tasks and responsibilities to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. Ensures coordination with site and line management. Define and manage the Civil Project Scope, revise schedules, and monitor progress. Take ownership of civil change management and cost control, ensuring project compliance with targets. Lead risk assessments, mitigation plans, and progress reporting.
