Civil Package Lead - Structures & Buildings

We are supporting a major LNG infrastructure project in Germany and are looking for an experienced Package Lead (Civil) - Structures & Buildings to lead the delivery of all civil, structural and building works across the terminal.

• Manage civil, structural and building works from detailed design through construction and handover.
• Oversee foundations, underground works, concrete structures, steel structures, buildings, roads and infrastructure.
• Coordinate contractors and key project interfaces.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, schedule and budget requirements.
• Support inspections, testing, commissioning and final handover activities.

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 10+ years'' experience on large EPC, industrial or energy projects.
• Minimum 5 years'' LNG terminal experience.
• Proven experience as a Package Lead, Construction Manager or Civil Package Manager.
• Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, DIN standards and German construction practices.
• Previous project experience in Germany is essential.
• Fluent German and English.
• Available for full-time site-based work in Stade.
