There is a clear succession plan in place, with the opportunity for the successful candidate to progress towards taking over as Head of Department in the future. This is what you will be doing As a Civil Litigation Solicitor your duties and responsibilities will include:- Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including property disputes, boundary disputes, landlord and tenant disputes and contractual disputes.Advising clients on contested wills and estates, professional negligence claims, bankruptcy matters and ADR/mediation.Working closely with an experienced Partner and supporting the continued growth of the civil litigation department.Building strong relationships with long-standing private, commercial and business clients.Playing an important role in the future development of the department, with clear long-term progression potential.
