This role offers exposure to a broad range of disputes and the autonomy to manage your own caseload while contributing to the continued success of a high-performing litigation team.You will act for a diverse client base across a wide spectrum of civil disputes, making this an ideal position for a solicitor seeking variety, responsibility, and long-term career progression.Key ObjectivesDeliver high-quality fee-earning work and contribute to departmental profitabilityProvide strategic, commercially focused advice to clientsSupport the ongoing growth and success of the litigation functionKey ResponsibilitiesManage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from inception to resolutionHandle disputes including:Commercial and contractual disputesLandlord and tenant (commercial and residential) mattersBuilding and construction disputesDebt recovery mattersGeneral civil litigation, including a small proportion of personal injury casesTake client instructions and advise on funding optionsConduct pre-action work in line with protocolsDraft and prepare legal documentation, including:Pleadings and statements of caseWitness statementsSchedules of lossCourt applications and supporting documentsIssue and progress court ..... full job details .....
