Civil Litigation Solicitor / Litigation Executive / Paralegal Bury £35,000 - £60,000 DOE Full-time Office Based We are currently recruiting for a Civil Litigation professional to join a growing law firm based in Bury. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly alongside the Head of Litigation as part of the firm s plans to expand and develop its litigation department. The successful candidate will become the second member of the team, offering genuine long-term progression and the opportunity to play a key role in the growth of the department. The Civil Litigation Solicitor Role The position will involve handling a varied caseload of civil litigation matters including: Boundary disputes Landlord and tenant disputes Breach of contract claims Contested probate matters The firm is looking for someone who enjoys a broad civil litigation caseload and is keen to develop within a supportive and growing environment. Civil Litigation Solicitor Requirements The firm is open to speaking with: Qualified Solicitors ILEX / CILEX professionals Experienced Litigation Paralegals Candidates should ideally have a minimum of 2-3 years experience within civil litigation. This opportunity could also suit an ambitious paralegal looking to secure a future training contract and progress towards qualification.
