•You will act for clients in consumer contract (including new build and misrepresentation) and professional negligence claims, managing cases from initial assessment through to final hearing and enforcement across fast, intermediate, and multi-tracks.

•The appointed solicitor will contribute to departmental improvement and supervise junior team members, supporting initiatives that enhance best practices and customer experience.

•The firm is seeking applications from qualified solicitor or legal executives with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.

•The ideal candidate will be experienced in consumer contract disputes and professional negligence claims, managing fast-track, intermediate, and multi-track cases.
