Are you a Civil Engineering Technician looking for an exciting new opportunity£ This multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is growing its Civils Team in Leeds and is on the lookout for a talented civil technician to support a variety of medium to large-scale projects across sectors including retail, logistics, rail, residential, commercial, and renewables.

With a healthy project pipeline and a collaborative team of six, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

££ Your Role:

- Assist engineers and technicians in producing engineering drawings using AutoCAD and Civils 3D.
- Develop AutoCAD models for drainage and highways schemes.
- Perform and check simple engineering calculations.
- Conduct initial quality checks on your own work and that of junior staff.
- Contribute to design problem-solving and technical solutions.
- Liaise with statutory bodies (e.g., Water Companies, Environmental Agency, County Roads Departments).
- Ensure the quality and consistency of technical outputs (drawings, reports, etc.).
- Work professionally with colleagues, clients, contractors, and designers, offering technical guidance as needed.

££ What You’ll Need:

- Strong AutoCAD and Civils 3D skills.
- Experience in the residential (housing) sector, with knowledge of preparing S104, S38, and S278 packages for technical approval.
